How the solution is deployed

By consistently separating the object (customer system or application) and monitoring solution, it is possible to guarantee stable, high-performance operations. The management framework (MF) is the basis for every monitoring solution. Either the service is used by terreActive AG or a dedicated framework is realised in the customer environment. All information about the objects converges here. Since data is collected and can be monitored via the Internet, the MF allows you to run central and decentralised business organisations.

The probe is integrated into the customer’s local network. Using generic scanners, data is queried for the objects (polling) and then sent to ‘head office’ (the MF) in encrypted form. This architecture allows for incredibly powerful monitoring with no load on the objects.

Our Web solution gives system owners access to monitoring data anytime, anywhere. All reports and statuses are available online and can be viewed at any time. The customer cockpit included with the solution provides transparent infoation to end customers and partners. Object management guarantees you a quick overview of any project. All the relevant components for a solution can be combined into virtual groups and the corresponding relationships visualised. You have a clear, simple visualisation of complex environments.
